Training Need Analysis

We believe that the training programs need to be created with the learners’ needs in mind. Every decision in designing a program is determined by a thorough research of learners, their needs, expectations, and their existing skills and competencies. We have evolved a unique, research methodology called Contextual Inquiry to conduct this research. In this methodology, we collect detailed information about the respondent’s/users work practice by observing and talking to the respondent about the work while s/he works, in the normal context of the work. This research is conducted on the field at the client’s workplace.
The analysis of this data collected on the field helps us arrive at the following:
a. Existing knowledge, skill, and competencies
b. Process gaps/directions
c. Training needs analysis
d. Design inputs for future training
